Prerequisites
Prerequisites
Before creating an AI agent on AITA, you need to prepare your wallet, network setup, and trading environment.
These prerequisites apply whether you plan to:
Create your own agent
Or later use API execution with an existing agent
Completing these steps ensures the platform can function correctly and safely.
Wallet requirements
You need a self-custodial Ethereum-compatible wallet, such as MetaMask or a hardware wallet.
Your wallet is used to:
Connect to the AITA platform
Interact with the Arbitrum network
Access Hyperliquid for execution and settlement
Agent Creation & Promotion Eligibility Marketplace promotion is limited to one (1) agent per blockchain wallet address.
If you use multiple accounts within MetaMask, you may create one agent per account, as long as each account has a unique blockchain address.
Only agents created under a one wallet / one agent setup are eligible for API or trading signal promotion within the marketplace.
AITA does not custody funds or control your wallet.
Arbitrum network
AITA operates on Arbitrum, which is a Layer 2 network built on top of Ethereum.
If your funds are currently on Ethereum mainnet, you must bridge them to Arbitrum before proceeding.
Arbitrum provides:
Lower transaction costs
Faster confirmations
Compatibility with Ethereum wallets and tooling
Bridging funds to Arbitrum
To bridge funds:
Connect your wallet to an official or trusted Arbitrum bridge
Select Ethereum as the source network
Select Arbitrum as the destination network
Bridge the required funds
Wait for the bridge transaction to complete
Once bridged, your funds will appear on Arbitrum in the same wallet address.
Required assets
You will need:
USDC on Arbitrum for trading and execution
A small amount of ETH on Arbitrum for transaction fees
Ensure your wallet holds sufficient balances before continuing.
Hyperliquid access
AITA integrates with Hyperliquid for market execution.
Before creating or using agents:
Make sure you can access the Hyperliquid platform
Confirm your wallet is supported
Familiarize yourself with the Hyperliquid interface
You do not need to create an agent on Hyperliquid manually, but you will later generate an API key there if you use automated execution.
Minimum balance for API execution
If you plan to use API execution:
A minimum balance of $2,000 is required in your Hyperliquid account
This ensures trades can be executed properly and consistently
Accounts below this minimum may not execute trades reliably.
Before you continue
Make sure that:
Your wallet is set up and funded
Funds are bridged to Arbitrum
USDC is available on Arbitrum
You understand that all actions are non-custodial and user-controlled
Once these prerequisites are completed, continue to Connect Your Wallet.
